We offer complimentary USPS standard shipping on all domestic orders over $350. Expedited or international shipping is available upon request. Please email heymama@theloam.com with any of these inquiries. All orders are shipped from our studio in the Hudson Valley, NY. Due to this being a one-mama show, please allow for up to 1 week to process your order and 2-3 weeks to receive it at your door. If you need it sooner, reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer returns on any regular-priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise (except for panties) within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund to the original payment. All panties are final sale, with no exceptions. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We ask that you kindly keep all original tags and packaging and return everything as close to how you received it within the 14-day window to receive a full refund. Please email heymama@theloam.com to request an exchange.
